The photos are for the 2011 collection but they were all originally taken back in July of 2010, which means Kate probably didn't get paid that much money to do the photoshoot.

Kate Upton - 2011 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition

Kate Upton made her debut in the 2011 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition. Out of all the models in the 2011 SISE, Kate was the only one that took rather risky chances where her nipples were getting revealed while she was wearing see-through swimwear.
Sports Illustrated censored the photos like they did with the photos of Brooklyn Decker in the 2010 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition but we may get to see the uncensored photos at some point later this year.
